Best HR practices require employee handbook reviews revisions conducted regularly. Generally, an annual review would suffice.
But as we head into year three of a global pandemic, businesses need to stay alert to regulatory and legislative actions that might require more frequent updating. A good example would be when local, state, or federal jurisdictions require paid leave.
For your 2022 review, along with paid leave changes, keep in mind these areas:

-- Changes in Minimum Wage
