2026/27 EDIC Scholarship Application NOW OPEN Announcing the new EDIC Scholarship Program.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗗𝗠𝗗, 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱. We’re pleased to have her join EDIC’s affiliate, Eastern Dental Insurance Agency (EDIA), which provides business and personal insurance solutions for dentists.

Dr. Bishop is a respected general dentist and founding partner of Hammond Pond Dental Group in Chestnut Hill, MA, formerly the Brigham Dental Group. A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, she was known for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on long-term oral health and comfort during her 30 year career as a restorative dentist.

She is actively involved in organized dentistry, having held several leadership roles within Yankee Dental Congress, including as General Chair. She has contributed as a dedicated volunteer to the Massachusetts Dental Society, as well as the Tufts Dental Alumni Association, serving as President. She is also the Massachusetts Section Chair of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an International Honor Society for Dentists.
