Today, our newest Clinical Liaison, Brielle Iampietro, visited the incredible team at Mercy Medical Center to introduce herself and deliver a small token of appreciation. We're thrilled to have Brielle representing Vantage Care as she continues building meaningful relationships throughout our community.

Our residents at Vantage at West Springfield had the sweetest visit from Sarah at Hess Family Beautiful Puppies who brought their adorable puppies, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and tail wags along the way.

What's better than puppy snuggles? We can't think of a thing! 🐾💕 Thank you to Hess Family Farm for sharing these precious pups and making everyone's day a little brighter.

Nothing brings people together quite like a fresh cup of coffee and a little friendly competition!

Residents at Vantage at West Springfield enjoyed a fun-filled Coffee Social complete with noodle games, laughter, and great conversation. These simple moments of connection help create lasting friendships and plenty of smiles along the way.

This week, we're proud to introduce Lindsey Dudyak, RN, our Director of Clinical Operations at Vantage Care.

Lindsey serves as the clinical expert for our portfolio, partnering closely with facility leadership and ownership to support exceptional resident care and ensure sustained regulatory compliance across our centers. Her knowledge, leadership, and hands-on approach help strengthen our teams while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

At Vantage Care, we're committed to caring for our seniors every day—but it takes a community to keep everyone safe.

As we head into the holiday weekend, just a friendly reminder that while many offices may be closed, our Admissions Team is here and operating business as usual.

Transitions into skilled nursing don't stop for holidays, and neither do we. We're available throughout the weekend to support our hospital and community partners, answer questions, coordinate admissions, and help ensure patients have a smooth transition to the care they need.

If you have a patient in need of short-term rehabilitation over the holiday weekend, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here and ready to help.
