Please note: our new Service Department is for Audio Video (AV) projects only. Electrical service inquiries should continue to be directed to our Electrical Department.

Tom is often on the road assisting clients, but all messages will be returned within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Calls received after 5:00 p.m. will be returned the next business day, and messages received on Saturday or Sunday will be returned on Monday.

Here is a recent project we completed working with Heather Calcasola from Calcasola Interiors in East Longmeadow. This is a Samsung Frame TV with a custom deco gold frame added. We have over 30 custom frames that can be added to any Samsung Frame TV. They install in minutes, and have a starting price of $299 per frame. The cost of the frame depends on the size of TV and frame material.
