Dec 12th I get to celebrate 11 years of it would mean the world if you came out with your friends & family to enjoy some live music by & myself! Using this season as a time to really connect & reflect! Giving thanks to all the people and experiences I’ve had this year. But also allowing myself to let go of the the things that no longer serve the version of myself I’ve been working so hard to become. Whether that’s outdated habits, thoughts, fears etc. Feeling lots of change in my life and as terrifying & uncertain that can be I felt like why not embrace it for what it is & Dance with it hahaha I hope this video helps gives you permission to move through whatever your going through and letting go of this season but more importantly I hope it puts a smile on your face.
