There is something special about starting our respite weekend with a drumming class.
Drumming gives many neurodivergent individuals a fun and comfortable way to relax, connect, express themselves. The rhythm, movement, and energy can be both calming and empowering at the same time.
This was one of our favorite ways to bring everyone together on Friday evenings.
