Eveyone that quoted him except us suggested a new roof installed and left him with a quote . We unscrewd it , deep cleaned the system’s gutters , installed gutter guards , new screws with runner gaskets , removed old caulk from seams and recaulked seams. Hasnt leaked since not wven the 2026 ice storm made it buckle or leak . Just needed some TLC maintenance
