We are heartbroken to share of the passing of our precious Ms. Addie. She was such a gift to all who knew her and were loved by her.

Ms. Addie served this community, as a nurse and nurse practitioner, for nearly 50 years—caring for countless children and many of their children too! She led with humility and gentleness, yet carried a quiet confidence that was reassuring. Her steady presence brought peace to everyone around her.

Caring for children and their families wasn’t just her work or her job, it was her calling and her passion. She loved deeply, served faithfully, and lived out her purpose every single day. Those who worked alongside her and those who were cared for by her were truly blessed.

Ms. Addie also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to lighten the mood. She was quick with a joke or a one-liner that could lift a room with smiles and laughter.

We will miss her dearly, but we are not sad for her. She was confident in her hope of heaven and steadfast in her love for the Lord.

We are so thankful for Ms. Addie and the beautiful light she was to us all.
