Forever Home for Cole / Buddy Wanted 💙🐾 (1 year old)
Cole fka Buddy is a sweet, affectionate, pocket size, 42 lb, 1-year-old “honorary boxer” mix who is looking for a patient, loving forever home 🏡💛 He is playful, energetic & best in fenced yard, where he can safely run, play, and burn off his puppy energy 🌳🎾🐶
Best if he is paired with an easy going female🐕🐾 as he has been living with another female pup in his foster home — they love to play together! 🥰 He’s also doing well around cats 🐱💕
Cole is treat-motivated 🍪, loves food 🍽️, and already knows how to sit for meals ✅ and learned to play with toys 🧸 He has made much progress since coming into CBR, so just needs to keep practicing what he has learned through training 🐾📚 Cole can get jumpy when excited, but responds well to correction and we are happy to share he is potty trained now🚽. A consistent routine 📅 helps build his confidence 💪💙
Cole came to us very timid (almost not wanting to walk🦮), but with training, he has improved well on leash walks. Because of his background, he may be cautious with some men at first, so he needs more time & patience to accept as one of the family ❤️🩹🐾 Once he feels safe, Cole is incredibly loving and enjoys cuddling 🥰🤗
Cole is crate trained ✅ and does best when crated at night 🌙 or when left alone, since he can be a curious chewer 😅🦴 He loves safe chew toys like antlers or Kong toys 🧸🦴 (no rope toys please — he can destroy small toys quickly! 🙈)
His story is a sad one 😢 — he was previously living as a stray alongside a homeless person, and when that person left, he was left behind all alone 💔 Despite that, he is a sweet pup 🐶💙 who just wants stability, love, and a home of his own 🏡✨

🙌 PUPDATE: Sidney is safe in a CBR approved foster home 🙌

😍Meet Sidney, a petite 50lb, 5 yr old hearing boxer & is exceptionally affectionate and loves to play!!
🥰Sidney loves to be the center of attention, so she would be better as an only dog or paired with a smaller , submissive/passive dog incase she wants to push her way in for some lovin’. 😉
😺She gets along great with cats, and has been around them all her life!
💔 Sidney has recently experienced several major life changes with her current family . With a move to a new home, new schedules/routines & the activity that comes with young children in the household , she is now feeling increasingly stressed anxious, and overwhelmed .
➡️ Sidney would be happiest where someone is able to be home often⬅️.
And, since Sidney is not super comfortable with little kids in her space, she would do best in a home with older children that will respect dog boundaries ( 8+ years old), or no kids.
🙏 Sidney is need of a new family that can provide patience, consistency, and plenty of love while she settles into her new chapter.
