Congratulations to Andrea Liceaga on being named a 2026 Purdue University Faculty Scholar! 🎉

As a Purdue Food Science professor, Liceaga has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the initiative through research that addresses global challenges and improves human health.

Her internationally recognized work with nonconventional proteins and bioactive peptides is helping advance new approaches to preventing and managing chronic diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and inflammation.
