COSMO VALLE

Our grapes are ready, we are harvesting and making juice. We also have experienced people making some wine. The chemical content is equal with some of the best California grown grapes. We are very excited to see how well this year's harvest turns out. Let us know if you want some for yourself before they are all gone.

The cuttings have calloused up nicely and are ready to send out roots. Time to put in pots.

Finished juice ready to be bottled. This batch has a strong berry flavor to begin with, but finnishes with the tannins making a tickling spicy feel on your tongue.
