This fundraiser is a vital part of our ongoing effort to serve our immigrant and refugee neighbors within the Chester County community. All proceeds will enable VEP to provide the essential resources and support to continue our model of free, one-to-one adult English language instruction by volunteer tutors.

For 40 years, VEP has been a lifeline for our immigrant and refugee neighbors within the Chester County community. Each year, VEP provides free, one-to-one English language instruction to an average of 300 adult English language learners, with upwards of 100 students on our wait list and many more eagerly anticipating their turn. Every raffle ticket purchase powers our efforts to continue the urgently needed work of recruiting, training and supporting our volunteer tutors as well as equipping students with books and online resources, so that we may remain available, accessible, and affordable for all students.
