One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is when helping one client turns into helping an entire family.

I first had the opportunity to work with members of this family last year, and recently I was honored to help them buy their dream home while also selling their rowhome in Drexel Hill.

The sale side was especially exciting. We received multiple offers and had the home under contract in just 4 days.

Real estate can be stressful, but my goal is always the same: communicate, be available, and help my clients make informed decisions from start to finish.

Yesterday was settlement day.

This home went under contract after just 𝟏 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, but that is not what I will remember most.

What I will remember is hearing the excitement and relief in my seller's voice. Selling a home filled with years of memories is not easy, especially when it marks the beginning of a major life change.

The process was exactly how real estate should be.

Just a great seller, wonderful buyer, and an excellent buyer's agent who was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Unfortunately, that is not always the case in today's market.
