I am excited to share about what is being created here in our new home in Florida! Many of you know that I have recently relocated from the west coast to new facilities in the Boca Raton/Palm Beach area. In support of my existing west coast clients, as well as new clientele desiring this option, I am expanding my offerings of virtual services.

Upcoming HypnoBirthing Classes... my next group class will be starting on Sunday, January 16th. It is a series of 5 classes that will be taught on Zoom.
HypnoBirthing teaches techniques for a safe, calm & more comfortable birthing through guided imagery, special breathing & awareness of physical and psychological aspects of birth.
