Love this gym set up in our Hotel room! I’m taking the weekend off training……but I’m tempted!!

And that’s a wrap on my running and Triathlon programs for 2022. We had almost 100 kids across the 4 programs offered this year at the YMCA, and hope to go even bigger next year! 2023 is going to be huge!!
