Position: IT Specialist
Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our website's visibility and attract relevant traffic
- Build and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for efficient customer data management and streamlined processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to employees
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their potential use to enhance our operations and services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tech sector, with a focus on IT support, web development, and CRM management
- Proficiency in website development, content management systems (CMS), and SEO best practices
- Experience in building and maintaining CRM systems, preferably using platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
