🌞9:30am Tuesday & Thursday🌞
New blended format class with power flows, cardio yoga, core challenges and yin at the end.

🫎We are backpacking in Colorado for the month of July.
🐾We will not have access to internet or cell service. If you have questions, please email us and we will respond when we return.
🐦All packages have been extended.
🌺First class back will be on Monday, Aug. 4th at 6:30pm
