While in the process of expanding, I have thought about doing a rebrand as well. This logo represents SolStone; and honestly, I can’t imagine changing it. ✨
But, I would love to hear your thoughts about doing a little revamp! 🗣👂🏼
So, leave a 💙 to keep it as is or a 🌊 if you think a little revamp is a good idea! Your thoughts are so appreciated, SolStone fam. 🤟🏼

You can find me in this studio every Wednesday morning, and when I am lucky, Friday mornings as well. 💪🏼
hasn’t just been there to strengthen me physically, but emotionally and mentally too. Today was my last session in the studio since baby G will be arriving any day now! 💙
Lainey, I am beyond appreciative of the friendship we have created. It’s so refreshing to have another likeminded boss babe in my life to talk me off of that ledge from time to time. ✨
I will sure miss our in person sessions, but will be so excited to return! It’s been especially helpful during these stressful times of transition; and honestly, don’t know what I would do if I didn’t get to sweat it out in this studio. 🙌🏼
Here is to growth and so much of it! 🌱
To my clients that leave me reviews, THANK YOU! It truly means the world to me to know what I am doing is working for all of you.
On another note, please feel free to discuss things that aren’t working, stretches you prefer and don’t prefer, pressure adjustments, etc. I am a firm believer in communication is key, so please never hesitate to reach out in order to change up your treatment plan.
Happy |treatment plan| Tuesday!

It has been proven that 80% of Americans experience back pain or sciatica at one point or another in their lives, so here is a little sciatic nerve knowledge to fuel your Monday! 🧠💡
Fact #01 - Not ALL leg pain is considered sciatica. If you are feeling pain from the glutes/piriformis radiating down the back of your leg, it could be piriformis syndrome. But, if you are experiencing pain starting in the upper part of the hamstring and down, it could be hamstring syndrome. A true sciatic symptom starts at the middle glute region and runs down the back of the leg, commonly past the knee and down through the calf.
Myth #02 - If you are experiencing sciatica, you should stay in bed and rest.
Fact #02 - Stretching, walking and avoiding excessive rest will help relieve your symptoms. I once had a really bad bout with sciatic pain and my chiropractor told me “put miles in and walk it out.” Doesn’t necessarily mean it will cure it completely, but gentle movement will reduce pain.
Myth #03 - There is no way to prevent sciatica.
Fact #03 - Not every case of sciatica can be prevented, but staying active, getting regular bodywork, stretching daily, using proper form during activities and strengthening your core and back muscles can go a long way…so massage and Pilates are the answer to solving your sciatica problems! 😉
Do you experience sciatica problems? If so, comment below and I can dm you more info and stretches to do in order to relieve that spicy pain. 👇🏼
