Sometimes the most important thing we do in a day is make space for the pause between breaths. And that's a mighty wall of support elements for you to do that.

The shapes we make in yoga are only here for you to learn about yourself, and we all need a little support along the way. So, remember to be an ally for yourself when you head into the studio and get what you need, get what you want, and most importantly, use props that will support in your journey of coming closer to yourself.

Whatever we are processing as individuals, we get to hold together in practice. It makes us more human, reminds us that we belong, and that we have the mighty capacity to be who we are.
