Sunnyslope Insurance is the top agricultural insurance agency in North Central Washington, specializing in commercial farm and federal crop insurance. A family owned agency located in Wenatchee, Washington founded by Kyle Mahuika, whom has 13 years of insurance experience in the agricultural industry.

The Agriculture Insurance Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the servicing of multi-peril crop insurance, hail insurance, and commercial P&C insurance. They should provide the highest level of service for customers on behalf of Sunnyslope Insurance and agricultural insurance providers we represent.

New business sales are not required, but opportunities exist if desired.

Crop insurance experience is not necessary, but preferred. Expert Training available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Service new and existing customers
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand insurance forms, applications and manuals
• Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with customers
• Understanding of general math skills- i.e., averages and percentages
• Comprehend and understand insurance products, policies, and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers, coworkers and insurance companies via phone, email, and in-person
• Exhibit core values of honesty, integrity and hard work
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and manage workload
• Ability to set and achieve goals, and work successfully in a team environment
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word
• Insurance license not required, but must have the ability to obtain Washington State Insurance License
• Higher education preferred, but experience can substitute
