Come to A Night At The Museum and try some of these delightful libations by Set the Bar. We have a classic like the Twentieth Century, made with Ghost #6 Gin to honor the museums inception in the 1920s, a tropical take with the Sol y Flor, and an non-alcoholic shrub known as our Violet Fizz.

Reserve your tickets for September 21st for the “Museum’s signature fundraiser featuring talented chefs, gourmet foods, award-winning wines, great beers, ciders, distilled spirits, and live music.” We will be in the speakeasy next to Blue Spirits.

Virgin Army & Navy Here’s a non-alcoholic version of a classic cocktail. It dates back as early as 1948 but its exact origins are debated. Its earliest record is from David Embury’s book “The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks.” Even this spec is a play on the original drink which he called “horrible” 😂. Either way, this Gin Sour cocktail has been making a comeback in the craft scene for a little while now, but we wanted to show how it can be done for those who don’t want the alcohol. This spec is fairly simple in its composition: - Lemon - House-made toasted almond Orgeat - Ritual zero-proof gin - @allthebitter Alcohol-free Aromatic bitters And we couldn’t have done it without the amazing alcohol-free bitters from @allthebitter !
