The Polar Bear Triathlon and Duathlon The Polar Bear Triathlon and Duathlon is on Saturday May 2, 2026. It includes the following events: Polar Bear Triathlon, College Student Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, College Student Duathlon, Triathlon Relay, Student Triathlon Relay, Sprint Aquabike, Virtual Triathlon, and Virtual Duathlon.

What an amazing day yesterday for the largest race in years! While it was a tad chilly in the morning, the water was calm and clear, some of the best swim conditions we've seen in years. The day turned into a glorious late summer day, sunscreen was definitely needed for the rocking BBQ. The volunteers were out in force and were amazing! Thanks to NH State Parks and Rye Police!
