This Islesboro, Maine basement had two failing foundation walls that were bowing in. Some cinder blocks had shifted so much you could see daylight!

We poured two StableLock Walls to keep this home protected. StableLock Wall is our patented system for supporting the home with a newly poured concrete wall and specialized bracing. It is less disruptive and costly than traditional foundation repair methods that can involve major excavation and lifting the home. We pour the new wall abutting the old wall to prevent it from shifting any further.

We insulated and encapsulated this Greene, Maine crawl space. To encapsulate the crawl space we install a layer of drainage matting, as well as our CleanSpace v***r barrier liner. These work together to control groundwater and seal moisture out. Spray Foam insulation was installed on the walls and rim joists to improve the energy efficiency. Spray Foam is mold and water resistant, making it a great option over traditional fiberglass insulation for your crawl space or basement.
