Beautiful morning with Abby and Ian. We managed a few fish for their research project on striped bass diet/feeding habits. The bass are moving in with big numbers of larger and and medium fish feeding off the beaches. Unfortunately they were not feeding on our baits as much as we would have liked. But good sign for things to come. Book your trip now!

Not a professional job but I'd say I did an alright job for a 2 man project. Just need calm seas now.

Quite impressed by the build quality of the kapstan. Machined brass drive gears just like quantum benchmarks I got into last year. Water seal quality not as good as the quantum but overall I say I may need to add a few to the roster.
