Yesterday evening I was running late after working on a Printer directly from hell. It must be some spawn of satan himself. In 21 years of working on these machines, I have never and I mean never ever run into a demon machine such as this one.

I mean the thing had a mind of it's own. Just nuts. It started out with a little issue and before it was over, I had completely rebuilt the machine and the problem persisted. When I say completely, exactly that. Every circuit board, fan, voltage supply, laser scanner, every flippin thing. Lord have mercy when I realized what the problem was.......

They weren't using our toner. WHAT?!?!???

They were using Toner that was based on cost rather than quality. I understand completely how every penny counts right now, especially the way the economy is going. This printer was a little over 8,000.00 new. It's not your average printer you find at an Office. I was stunned to see how quickly it turned into junk by putting a cheap product into it.

There is a point where you decide whether your equipment is worth saving a few dollars for and end up causing all kinds of print issues. or spend a couple of extra dollars and know the quality and consistentcy can be counted on.
