Physically I look a lot different, mentally I am even more different. Since we can’t take a before and after of our brain you will just have to take my word for it.

A year ago I was mentally and physically in the worst shape of my life. Their is nothing I can write that will accurately describe how I feel so I’m not even going to attempt it. I just want to thank those who supported.

First and foremost my good friend the creator of 75 hard. 75 hard was the catalyst to change my life for the better. Thanks for personally taking the time out of your day to work out with me the last week of both 75 hards I completed. I enjoy the tradition we have created. to all my friends at who tabs on me throughout my journey. to@marco_ventura who taught me how to lift my first weight. my personal trainer and now brother who pushed me every day and pretended not to hear my constant complaints. for working out with me when mike ran away because I was getting bigger than him. taught me about macros and sent me down the rabbit hole of dieting. While everyone around me told me I looked amazing Wes said your not there yet keep fu***ng going. Dave and James for being my accountability partners. Without them I’d have never gotten this far. checking up on me to make sure I’m not drinking. He talked me out of some dark spots. The patience she showed this year towards my intensity is much appreciated. Thanks to lfor helping me out of the goodness of his heart.Thank you to who supported me from day 1! Thanks to everyone in my office who stuck by me and pushed me to continue, who understood when I was tired or hurt and cut me a bit of slack.

People used to look up to me for the wrong reasons. Now based of the constant support from strangers in my DM people finally look up to me for the right reasons. So many people have told me that this journey has helped them change their life
