Slater International Center

Hi everyone 🫶🏼 My name is Marce (She/Her). I’m a rising senior majoring in Chemistry and I’m also one of your International Orientation Mentors. Currently I’m working at MIT and living around the Cambridge area, which is definitely a change from living at Wellesley every year. Home for me is Perú, a place I never get tired of talking about 🇵🇪 I also enjoy cooking a lot of Peruvian food to people so if you want to try some let me know! I’m going to be the Slater President for this academic year and I also work at Slater Center since my first year 🌎 I’m really excited to meet y’all and welcome you to this amazing Slater family. An advice that I could give to any first year is to try new things. Try talking to new people, try learning a new language, try eating new food, try doing that thing that you always wanted to but were too scare to do.
