25 rear leg lifts each side
25 squats
25 one leg bridges each side
25 Bulgarian squats each side
25 deadlifts
25 front knee lifts twisting to the side
25 sumo squats
25 donkey kicks each side
25 leg lifts pushing butt up feet towards ceiling
Return to the top and keep going!

I've gotten away from doing my own workouts, runs, and anything else that is for me. I need to refocus! It is time!
It took me 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs! I was pretty happy! Then I went on vacation for a week and gained 6 lbs. I am going to have to work really hard to shed my vacation weight!
