As a small business owner, customer reviews are EVERYTHING! We take pride in our work and giving our customers an easy rental process! We make sure to answer any and all questions our customers have with a smile! We respond to all messages and calls in a timely manner! We make sure our customers are aware of drop off and pick up times prior to booking. And remind them again the night prior and morning of. In the 4 years we’ve been in business we have never had a negative review, until 1 hour ago. If there’s ever an issue we will try to fix it. But for this person named “ Emily Scott” to leave a 1 star negative review for a service she never received from our company is outrageous!! We have no invoice of ever renting to this person, especially during this weekend. I do feel sorry for her situation as no customer should be treated poorly when paying for a service. But we are not the cause of her disappointing experience.
We have reported and responded to her review, hoping it’ll be removed. But if our actual customers could leave us their REAL rental experience reviews on our google page. We would greatly appreciated it 😊.
