It's time to celebrate! Baytown, our affordable housing complex in Tampa that opened its' doors in March 2024, has been selected as a Community Impact Finalist for CREW Tampa Bay's Excellence Awards!

This award honors an organization or individual who played a pivotal role in a project, organization or campaign which promotes economic development or fosters the overall social and economic interest of our community and quality of life.

Baytown, designed by Besselo Design Group and constructed by Diaz Fritz Group, features a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments across 38,800 SF. Accessibility and inclusive design was a key focus, with six ADA-convertable units, seven ADA-compatible units, and accommodations for hearing-impaired residents.
