There’s a lot of new faces following us, so let me introduce ourselves and tell you the story of how Seven Oaks even came to be🩷

We’re Mike and Alicia Maio.
Before Seven Oaks ever existed, I had a dream where God spoke the words “Seven Oaks.”

I remember waking up not knowing what that even meant, but I told Mike about it, and the name Seven Oaks was hanging over our heads for more than two years. Little did we know what God was planning.

COVID hit, then life got hard.

Like many families, we felt the effects. We were working hard to provide for our family, but struggling to get ahead. I know many of you can relate. During that season, Mike was working a full-time job but always talking about how he wished he could do landscaping on the side. So me being me said, “let’s just go for it. You do the labor, I’ll handle the rest. Maybe this is Seven Oaks.” He had always loved landscaping.

Everything just fell into place… God weaved it all together. He made things seamless, He provided our clients one by one and what started off small, has grown into something so much bigger.

The number 7 represents each member of our family. The Oak tree representing strong pillars, deeply rooted in God’s plan. What started as a dream became a business, and what started as a business became a way for us to build something together.

Today, I handle the back end side of Seven Oaks. From design to customer service, scheduling, estimates, ordering, marketing, sales, and all the administrative work that keeps things running. Mike & our brother Anthony are the ones in the heat, wind and rain, bringing everything to life, while our son Gianni is out handling all of your tree removal.

What many people don’t see is that this business was built one customer, one referral, one opportunity, and one answered prayer at a time. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our clients, family, friends, and followers who have trusted us, supported us, encouraged us, and shared our name with others.
