Pick up basketball at Chesterton Academy of STL this Saturday, 7-8:30 am. I will be posting more soon here and on CatholicFIT.com about this and other fitness opportunities for Catholic families.

Though you do not need to be Catholic to join us, but anyone who wants to get a good sweat in playing ball with a great group of guys - so to all dads, husbands, weekend warriors, and ageless athletes, come out and join us for half court 3 on 3 or full court, depending on numbers.
