Carl Junction Schools is excited to partner with Freeman Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Mercy Sports Medicine to offer FREE sports physicals for the upcoming school year!

📅 Date: Wednesday, May 27, 2026
📍 Location: Carl Junction High School Gymnasium
⏰ Time: Begins at 5:30 PM (physicals will continue until all students have been seen)

👥 Who Should Attend:
Incoming 7th–12th grade students (2026–2027) planning to participate in athletics or extracurricular activities.

👥Who Should NOT Attend:
➡️ This is NOT for K-6 students. Students entering K–6 should schedule a physical with their pediatrician.

📝 Important:
Parents must complete the required MSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Forms BEFORE attending.
