Sad to see. They have 93k followers. If each gave $1 a week or $5 a month they could still continue their mission of helping the animals in their care.

Our doors are officially closed until further notice. Our bank account is in the red and we have no interested adopters for our 400 animals. Next week we are going to start making very hard decisions to euthanize those that require more resources than others and are completely unadoptable. Our beauties like Tellayi have been with us for ages now, but we cannot get any actual interest in adoption. KSAR has joined the ranks of every other rescue this year in simply overflowing. We are sorry to close our doors and hate what next week brings. But there is no longer a choice.

One week ago, our Mission Possible flight landed. It has been a busy but incredible week filled with heartwarming reunions and lots of puppy kisses and cat cuddles. We couldn't have done it without every one who assisted us along the way. Today, we want to give a special thanks to Lucky Animal Protection Shelter - LAPS for their support and willingness to jump in to care for our precious cargo if needed.
