Lead Changes

Those of you who have followed Lead Changes for years may remember Rein. We welcomed him to camp several years ago and introduced a book his parents authored that Rein was an important feature in the book. Several years have passed and he has grown into quite an accomplished and confident young (tall) man.

He is the Missouri State Champion chute dogger, winner of the year end in the Christian Rodeo Association and recently went to the Junior High National finals placing 14th.

We have all made the mistake of judging horses and people from their appearance.
I’ve rode some very plan looking horses that had a lot of try and a big Heart. And on the other side I’ve rode and trained pretty horses with perfect confirmation and no Heart.
People look at the outward appearance but the Lord looks at the Heart” ( Samuel 16:7)

Lead Changes, lead by Chris Cox. had the opportunity to share our mission with an incredible group last night. We were honored Mason, who attended camp two times, joined by his grandparents and fiancé, shared his story and the positive impact Chris and Lead Changes had on his life.
