We, as a company, are so passionate about being active every day. I mean, we are !
Being active can be an effective way to maintain your physical and mental health. Physical activity doesn't HAVE to be exercise. It could be anything you do in your day-to-day life – like running errands, for example.
There are so many other forms of getting active, like simply walking.
WALK whenever possible. Walking is so important!
-Walk your kids to school
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator
-Get off the bus a stop early, and walk
-Take your dog on longer walks
-Go for a half-hour walk instead of watching TV
