Saturday’s HIITfit crew totally crushed it!
This weeks HIIT was really focused on endurance and power, incorporating endurance drills and explosive exercises that challenged both their cardio fitness as well as overall performance💪

Congrats to Jeremy for posting 307 points and earning the #1 spot in Wednesday's Pop-Up Challenge! Victoria finished just 10 points shy of the win with 297 points. And Jesse finished 3rd, crushing her personal best, recording 272 points.
