Five things I've learned in business and life.

1.Treat everyone the same from CEO to janitor. Be nice!

2.Always be honest!

3. Never shy away from an apology. It is always better to take responsibility for your actions and own your mistakes.

4. Be fair with employees and customers. Make sure your customers get a good deal.

5. Take care of your crew and they will take care of you!

These things have not only helped me be successful in business but in life as well.
