Did you know that infrared saunas can actually be beneficial for your pup too? Jali comes in the sauna with me for about 5-10 min just when its heating up and he LOVES it . It is really good for dogs joints and also great for allergies. If you have a sauna at home give it a try but remember to watch them carefully. If they start panting you know its time for them to get out. Jali then sits outside staring at me until i get out . He knows what is coming next ... and he does not like the shower after unfortunately lol 😂
