Today is . Just a little reminder to check up on your people! Many people struggle with mental health, but it is always a comforting feeling knowing someone is there for you. Just a simple conversation can sometimes make a difference. ❤

On another note, thinking back on memories from Ireland make me happy. Tomorrow will be the one year mark from the start of our trip. It's crazy that a whole year has passed. I am so grateful we got to experience the beauty of Ireland before COVID19 hit. This photo was taken just before we headed to a quaint little bar to have celebratory pints of Guinness 🥰
