First, we had three balloons. And now? Three interns. (Spoiler alert: the interns are SO much cooler.) You probably didn’t come to Instagram to read about our healthcare plan. We don’t want our employees to have to think too hard about it either. Which is why we pay 100% of their Blue Cross premiums for them and their whole families. Then we fund a Healthcare Savings Account for them at the federally allowed maximum, which they can spend on out-of-pocket costs or invest tax-free.
