Help us welcome our new Personal Trainer, Teagan Kneifl! 🏋🏻‍♀️Originally from Hartington, Teagan attended Northeast Community College to pursue a degree in Personal Training. She obtained her Personal Training Certification through NCSF.

🚴‍♂️Why did you become a personal trainer? "The reason I became a trainer is because I discovered how much wellness and fitness can positively change a person, both physically and mentally. Through my own fitness journey, I realized how much I loved the way it made me feel and how much joy it brought into my life. That’s when I decided to change my career path, get certified and help others experience that same feeling of confidence, strength, and enjoyment through fitness."

🥊What fitness classes are you most excited to teach? "I’m excited to teach and help out with both sculpting classes and senior strength. I’m also looking forward to expanding my knowledge and gaining more training so I can eventually help teach Pilates and yoga in the future. Along with helping out with the Rock Steady Boxing group!"

🏋🏻‍♀️Why should you participate in personal training? "It gives you a trainer who supports you, holds you accountable, and gives you structure. You get personalized workouts that help you achieve your goals, improve your confidence, and make fitness feel less overwhelming. Having a trainer also helps you stay consistent, learn proper form, prevent injuries, and helps you build healthy habits. Personal training is beneficial for all fitness levels, from someone just starting their fitness journey and needing support to feel confident and comfortable in the gym, to someone who has been in the gym for years but needs structure, accountability, or help breaking through plateaus."
