The consequences are real.
This week's losers had to play Culinary Roulette and take their chances with a BeanBoozled jelly bean. 🎲
Would it be a strawberry banana smoothie? 😋
Or rotten eggs? 🤢
Toothpaste? 😅
Or dead fish? 🤮
Judging by some of these faces, we're pretty sure not everyone got lucky. 😭
One second they were smiling, the next they were questioning every life decision that led them to that jelly bean. 😂
Moral of the story: if you don't want to gamble with flavors like moldy cheese and stinky socks, win Challenge Friday. 🏆

🔥Girls Trip (plus Jun & Ari, because apparently they didn't want to miss out 😭) to Massachusetts!
We love seeing women win in this business, so when we heard Fatima was putting up big numbers only a month after opening her office, we knew we had to make the trip! 👏
And trust us — she did not disappoint.
In just a short amount of time, Fatima and her team have already built something special, consistently putting up 100+ weeks while creating a culture that's impossible not to notice. 💯
The goal of the trip? Learn from someone who's doing it at a high level, pick up a few winning habits, and bring that knowledge back home.

🔥 Hibachi Team Night = Success 🍚
Nothing brings people together quite like good food, great company, and a hibachi chef turning dinner into a full-blown show! 🥢
The chef kept giving us extra food all night, but somehow the real star of the show was the flying broccoli. 🥦
One thing about this team — we know how to work hard, but we also know how to have fun together.
Great food, great people, and plenty of laughs. Safe to say, this hibachi night was a huge win. 🚀

Nothing better than taking a moment to celebrate the people who bring so much energy, laughter, and positivity to the office every day! 💯
2 cakes, a packed room, nonstop jokes, and everybody coming together made this one of those moments that remind us how close this team really is. 🍰😂

⚽️🔥 Team Night: Office vs. Office Soccer Edition 🔥⚽️
6v6 against another office… and safe to say we understood the assignment!
We came, we showed up, and we conquered with a 7-5 win. 🏆
Even though the fields were a little farther out, almost the ENTIRE office still pulled up to support the team. 👏
That’s what makes this culture different — everybody shows love, whether it’s in the office or on the soccer field.
And honestly? The game was WAY more competitive than expected. 😂
Both teams were stacked with talent, nonstop energy, and just enough trash talk to make it interesting.
Big shoutout to some of the newer guys too — seeing them step up, get involved, and instantly become part of the team was one of the best parts of the night. 💯
By the end, half the office lost their voice screaming, a few people were fighting for their lives after one sprint, and somehow everyone thought they were getting scouted for the Premier League. 😭⚽️
Definitely one for the books. Great energy, great people, and a night nobody’s forgetting anytime soon. 🚀🔥
Safe to say, we already can’t wait for the next soccer team night 😂 Next time we’re pulling up EXTRA prepared with cardboard cutouts, foam fingers, and shirts that say “STAS ON TOP” like it’s the World Cup finals! 🏟️

🚗💨Girls road trip down to Virginia Beach🌴
The ladies set out to learn how to build a successful office while still having a life outside of it — and Sherm was the perfect example. 💯
Sherm was back to work on her birthday… just 3 days after giving birth 😳🔥
That’s not normal dedication — that’s a different level.
Being around leaders like Sherm shifts your mindset and shows what’s really possible when you’re all in.
We love seeing strong women lead the way in this business — real boss ladies setting the tone and raising the standard 👏✨
Safe to say they left inspired, focused, and ready to bring that same energy back home! 🚀
