Greetings, friends!
I’m back in my studio after a long absence!

Just as I was about to give up to living the rest of my life in a wheelchair with chronic pain, I found a wonderful new doctor who did a deep dive into my spinal problems. After this year of failed surgery, multiple tests, procedures and many months of debilitating pain, this doctor discovered that there were two different areas in my spine that were causing the nerve compressions. This made walking, painting and all the everyday things we take for granted very difficult. So, recently, I received a double epidural at Einstein Hospital, and I’m delighted with the results! While I will always struggle with some back pain, and will likely need a steady dose of those epidurals, the improvement has at least allowed me to FUNCTION!
Thanks to all of you for your cards, messages, prayers and visits during my setback. I was humbled by your caring.
This Thanksgiving was especially meaningful for me this year.
As we move into the holiday season, my heart is filled with gratitude. ❤️
