If you had ACA Health Insurance(Obamacare) last year and live in Georgia, your Form 1095A is now available on the Georgia Access website. You must have this Form 1095A to complete your tax return. If you have a log in with the "Georgia Access" website, just log in and you will be able to access it. If you haven't registered an account with the website, then call 888-687-1503 (Option 7), and get a portal setup to get access to your form.
