Dynamic Property Management, doing business in Southeast Wisconsin, mainly Milwaukee and Waukesha county, is looking to hire a part time maintenance coordinator. Dynamic Property Management is a rapidly growing property management company. We pride ourselves on great communications with owners & great relationships with tenants. We are firm but fair.

A candidate must have reliable transportation with their own insurance, good computer skills and be well organized. Experience in property management is a plus but not required as well as speaking spanish.

15-20 Hours per week. Will require some weekend work. There is some flexibility with hours.

Duties to include:

Tenant relations with regard to maintenance coordinates
Delegates maintenance
Facilitates maintenance
Follows up on maintenance
Pre Move In- Work into Leasing
Move Out- work into leasing
Twice a year Inspection
