This upstairs had two bedrooms but not enough head clearance to function. Instead of wasting that potential, we opened up the roofline with a dormer addition, gained square footage, and carved out a full bathroom — without losing a bedroom.

And yes… we did have to take the roof off to make it happen
But the roof was getting replaced anyway, so it worked out perfectly. 🏡
