Facilitator Friday: Anne Mataczynski has been a Davis facilitator since 2005. She's helped countless clients overcome challenges—and now she's training the next generation of facilitators.

A classroom teacher turned specialized facilitator, Anne brings two decades of education experience to her work. She's licensed in dyslexia and autism, trains new autism facilitators, presents workshops, and sits on the board of the Ron and Alice Davis Autism Foundation. Her reach extends far beyond her Wausau office.

But what drives her work is simpler: she's witnessed transformation. A student who couldn't read went from struggling to straight A's and now practices medicine. A 52-year-old who wanted to return to college earned A grades in her courses using the tools Anne taught her. A girl who guessed at words now loves reading so much her mom has to tell her to put the book down. She finished with a Master's in Chemistry.

Anne's philosophy is holistic. She addresses emotional, mental, and educational needs together—the whole person, not just the learning difficulty. Her clients feel it. They gain confidence. They gain independence. They gain their lives back.

She works in person, online, and travels to meet clients across Wisconsin and beyond.
