Gyms can be intimidating....
Gyms can be niche or clique-y....
Gyms can be deceiving in selling you their product....
Not everyone is an athlete, not everyone is a body builder, not everyone wants to sweat their a$$ off for every single workout. Regardless of the gym choice, everyone who exercises wants one thing, to be better.
Feel better.
