I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients and understand that life happens! However, last-minute cancellations and frequent rescheduling make it difficult to fill appointment times that have been reserved specifically for you.

To be fair to all clients and to protect my business, the following policies are in place:

✨Forms have to be completed and filled out before any service is completed.
✨ Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
✨ No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
✨ Multiple reschedules or cancellations may require full payment before booking future appointments.
✨ Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice.
